This agreement describes the terms and conditions that govern the use of DZIRS.COM

Ordering 

To place an order, the buyer must identify himself with his email address and his password. In case of a first-time order, the buyer will have to create a customer account  to communicate his delivery address, and to be informed of his order details. The creation of a customer account implies that the buyer give us a valid email address.

The availability of an item is indicated under the title by a green spot with the words "En stock / In stock". If the spot has turned blank with the words "Hors stock / No stock" it means that this item is currently not available.

If you want to purchase an item, you must click on the basket logo just right under the title's item.

You can buy multiple items in one single order and place them in your shopping cart.

When you are ready to order, select your shopping cart, check the content, then proceed to checkout. You will have to choose an eligible shipping address, select a delivery mode (between standard shipping and registered shipping), select a payment method (between credit card and bank transfer), and accept our General Terms and Conditions of sale. Your order takes a few moments to proceed, and then you are returned to a confirmation page. This page gives you the details of your order (which you may print out). You will also receive an email confirming your order.

Please note that placing an order means that you unconditionally accept the prices and descriptions of the items you have ordered.

In some specific cases, for example invalid address or other problems on a customer account, DZIRS can freeze an order until the problem is solved.

Products

DZIRS sells mostly vintage items. The condition of each item is described accurately. Moreover, our Customer Service Team is always ready to help with any question you may have.

Prices

All prices are displayed in Euros, and all payments are made in Euros. Non Euros buyers can pay with paypal. All currencies are accepted when using paypal.

Our prices are tax included (when applied), but do not include shipping charges (packing, handling, shipping) which depends on the weight of the items and the location of the delivery address. The amount of the shipping charges is given during shopping cart checkout.

Prices are subject to change at any time and without prior notice. Note that no changes will be applied once your order has been confirmed.

Availability

Item’s availability (in stock or not) defines that an item can be ordered or not. Availability is always specified in the item’s description.

We consider that a product is available as long as an order has not been confirmed. Therefore, it is possible that an item of your shopping cart becomes unavailable if another client buys the same item at the same time (if the item is only available as a single piece). These products would be clearly identified in your shopping cart, before checkout.

Please note that delivery delays are purely informative. In case your order has not arrived after 25 days, contact us immediately. Please note that we will able to track only registered shipping.

Delivery delays

When merchandise is in stock, your order will usually be shipped within 5 to 8 working days in France, and 7 to 14 working days in other countries, after approving your order. Please note that some items are stored in distant ereas, those items can have a longer delivery time.

If you are paying by bank transfer, your order will be shipped only after payment reception in our account. Payment by checks is only available for french customers.

“Satisfied or Swap” Guarantee.

We are 100% proud of our catalogue. However, nothing and nobody can convince you more of the quality of our products than yourself. Therefore, If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items within 7 days of the date of shipment. We will give you the possibility to swap against something else of your choice of equal value. All returned items must be intact and must not have been tampered, they must be packed carefully in their original box.

Please note that the Client is fully liable for the shipment of goods until their receipt at our warehouse is duly certified. DZIRS shall not be liable for damages to or for the theft/loss of any goods that are returned via non-insured shipments.

All shipment expenses for the return of goods are to be paid by the client, in accordance with law provisions.

Jurisdiction and applicable law to Customers ordering via our website are deemed to be making their purchase in France and are thus subject to French law
